Paul Lyons
Co-Founder & Group Managing Director
Paul is based in our Sydney office and is responsible for strategy and business development for Australia and Asia. His major focus at present is on expanding our operations in Sydney and Hong Kong and Southern China plus investigating other opportunities throughout China. Paul is also active on senior level search assignments and in cementing the Group’s senior contacts.

Nick Waterworth
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman Working from the Group’s head office in Sydney, Nick splits his time between being ultimately responsible for three businesses, being AccountAbility, McGinty in Brisbane and the executive search business Watermark. He is also responsible for corporate development/acquisitions, investor and public relations.

Paul Young
Non Executive Director
Paul is an Honours graduate in Economics and a Chartered Accountant (UK), and was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company in September 1999. He is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Baron Partners Limited, Merchant Bankers, Chairman of Tidewater Investments Limited. Deputy Chairman of Peter Lehmann Wines Limited. Director of Thomas Coffey Limited, and Sapex Limited. He has extensive international experience in corporate finance and advisory work.

Andrew Adamovich
Non Executive Director
Andrew Adamovich is a director of Riverland Capital Ltd., an investment holding company. He is also a director of G2 Therapies Limited, a Sydney based Biotech Company, ASX-listed Hostworks Group Limited, and Nardis Networks, a digital media company in Hong Kong.  Previously Andrew was a director of Equity Partners Asia Ltd., a venture capital and private equity company with global interests in real estate, infrastructure and telecommunications. Prior to joining EPA, Andrew had five years of international financial markets experience as an associate with the Zurich Centre Group, and has over nine years experience in direct investment.

Victor Cuthell 
CFO & Company Secretary
Victor Cuthell is the Chief Financial Officer and as such is primarily responsible for the management of the group’s finances. In addition, Victor acts as the Company Secretary and is responsible for the Corporate Services functions that support the group’s activities. Victor was previously employed with Burger King as the Finance Director - Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Victor spent a number of years with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Europe, the US and Australia. Victor is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an Honours degree in Accountancy and Finance.
